Mom is being a sleepy head today. She cannot have anything by mouth because the doctors are fearful that she may aspirate foods into her lungs, causing pneumonia again. The feeding tube has been in since last evening. This will provide her with some much needed nutrition.
It rained here this morning, so while Mom slept, I went back to the motel and washed some clothes for us. She is worried about running out of clean underwear! She's also concerned about how her hair looks! I guess my vanity comes naturally!

Thank-you sooo much for staying with Mom thru all this. I know how much we all appreciate all the time you have taken,not only now while she is in the hospital but each day at home as well!! AND I know you would not be anywhere else at this time. Please take care of yourself, cuz when you get back you have two grandchildren to go and spoil while the other family members help take care of Mommy!! Jane is not the only one able to do everything..Please see to it that not only for her but Mom as well!! I have faith that you all will take care of them.

I probably should have mentioned who Lavone was, in my first post here. Lavone is MOM/GRANDMA's brother Pat's, daughter. They live in Texas. Lavone is a couple years younger then me.
When you go to my "My Space", you'll see Lavone is added on my friends. If you click on her "My Space" tell her who you are, so she can add you. She has pictures, also, of her family.
Kimberly is also on there, Kim is Lavone's daughter.
SO this would be Mom/Grandma's niece and great niece. Kimberly has pictures of family too.
JANE if mom is up to it, she might like to see the pictures on both Lavone and Kim's "MYSPACE"
OR other family might like to see or chat with our cousins from Texas! :)
The weather is nice here today, we got a little work done outside.
UPdate on Meggan: She is on the down hill side of her pregnancy! Yesterday she had some swelling and she's beginning to have a hard time walking and crossing her legs. The doctor's put her due date at Dec. 13, but I'm sticking with my guess of Meggan's birthday, which is Dec. 9. The rate she's going I'm thinking the baby might come a little early, so we're keeping a good eye on her. I try to help her out, but with my back and her belly, we end up sitting and talking more then working. LOL
MOM/GRANDMA/GREAT-GRANDMA will be having two new babies at the same time. Lyndee (Marcia's daughter) is expecting and due just about the same time Meggan is. Wouldn't that be something if the had their baby on the same day?! :) They're both doctoring in Marquette, so...

I know it's been a hard, scary couple of days mom (Grandma!) but you're constantly in our thoughts and prayers. Aunt Jeanne's right..take care of yourself, and rest up for chasing Lydia and Dominic. The rate Dominic is eating and growing, he'll be running in no time! Dawn, I think the video/bike idea is great..maybe on Michael's bike? I bet you'd win a video contest!
